Jacksonville-based IQ Fiber announced May 13 it is moving its headquarters to The Summit at Southpoint.

The 15,000-square-foot space at 6410 Southpoint Parkway is nearly three times the size of its current space.

The internet service provider plans to move in June.

The headquarters will house IQ Fiber’s administrative, network engineering and customer contact center operations.

The move supports the company’s rapid growth, a news release said.

The company opened in 2022 in a 6,600-square-foot space at 8787 Perimeter Park Blvd. in the former iMethods office space.

IQ Fiber is leasing its new location.

The Perimeter Park location is for sale, the release said. Foundry Commercial is representing building owner Chint Properties. Foundry Commercial represented both IQ Fiber and The Summit for the new office lease.

IQ Fiber is expanding its Jacksonville-area market with new service planned for Arlington, Fort Caroline, Fruit Cove and Ponte Vedra, along with extensions to the San Pablo and Intracoastal West areas, according to the release.

The company launched service last week in Gainesville. IQ Fiber now serves over 100 private communities in North Florida and continues to work with apartment owners, condominium associations and private gated communities to bring IQ Fiber service to residents.

It has more than 140 employees, the majority of which are in Jacksonville, the release said.
