With the team on-site since February, the Downtown headquarters of the Jacksonville Jaguars will add the NFL franchise’s logo on the top floor’s east and west sides of the recently completed building called One Tower Court.
“We will be installing two Jaguars primary logos on One Tower Court – one facing east and one facing west – with the goal to have it completed before the first home preseason game,” Business Communications Director Lyndsay Rossman said July 20 by email.
“It will just be the logo with no words supplementing it.”
The first home preseason game is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 21 vs. the Carolina Panthers.
The city issued two permits July 17 for the Jaguars “head” logos at a project cost of $50,000 each, for $100,000. Fastsigns Inc. in Jacksonville is the contractor.
PCL Construction Services Inc., a contractor on the One Tower Court project, announced June 3 it had completed work on the six-story building at 1 Tower Court.
Rossman said the business staff moved into the building at the end of February. The Jaguars held an opening ceremony for the tower in March, although some work remained to be completed.
Jaguars.com says the team leases 75,287 square feet of space for its business operations on the second through fourth floors.
According to the PCL Construction Services news release in June, the building includes 132,493 square feet of Class A office space, 10,185 square feet of unenclosed riverfront and outdoor areas and onsite amenities that include a fitness center and restaurant space.
The city issued a permit in May 2024 for Orlando-based PCL Construction to build One Tower Court at a cost of almost $39.2 million.
The Foley & Lardner law firm has leased the fifth floor of One Tower Court, and Timucuan Asset Management has leased more than 7,000 square feet on the sixth floor.
Combined with the Jaguars’ offices on three floors and a First Coast YMCA wellness center on the first floor, the building was at 83% capacity when it ceremonially opened March 25.
Auld & White Constructors completed interior build-out work, including the Jacksonville Jaguars headquarters, YMCA, Timucuan Asset Management space and Foley & Lardner space.
Iguana Investments, the real estate development company of Jaguars owner Shad Khan and his family, owns the office building. Development and design were led by Khan’s daughter, Shanna Khan, founder and CEO of Shanna Collective.
The Jaguars’ offices include a sales center, a social media command center and a “social stairway” connecting second- and third-floor collaborative and dining areas for employees.
Those areas include a terrace that overlooks the neighboring Four Seasons Hotel and Residences and marina support building, and a lunch service counter from which team employees eat for free.
The Jaguars site identifies NAI Hallmark as the leasing representative and property management operator, and it names HKS Architects and PCL Construction as the designer and developer of the building core and shell.
The Jaguars design and build-out were led by kasper architects + associates and Auld & White Constructors. First Horizon was the construction financing lender.
One Tower Court is along Bay Street, directly across from EverBank Stadium and next to the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences under development.
Team President Mark Lamping said at the March opening that 200 Jaguars employees were in the building, and the team’s space can support 35% more capacity if needed.
He said completion of the adjacent Four Seasons was on track for 2027. A marina support building on the complex site, which will include the second location of St. Augustine’s Asado Life restaurant, is expected to be completed in summer 2026.
