Parker’s Kitchen is closing in on sites for two more Northeast Florida locations with an investment of almost $10 million in three land purchases to buy former ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store sites that had been converted into Tux car washes.
The Savannah, Georgia-based convenience store and gas station chain has been identified for at least 11 locations in Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. The sites are in development stages ranging from preliminary review to construction.
Parker’s Kitchen operates at least 109 stores across Georgia and South Carolina and is expanding into Northeast Florida.
The 50-year-old company says it features Southern comfort food that includes hand-breaded Southern fried chicken tenders as well as made-from-scratch macaroni and cheese, a breakfast bar and daily specials.
In June 2021, the Orlando Sentinel reported that ABC Fine Wine & Spirits was looking into diversification by starting Tux Car Wash, but then closed those it launched.
New purchase in Duval County
In Duval County, Parker’s Kitchen paid $5.75 million for two parcels totaling almost 2.07 acres at 8761 and 8771 Baymeadows Road in Duval County. The property is along the north side of Baymeadows Road, west of Interstate 95.

The 8761 Baymeadows Road site, at about 0.56 acres, was a 3,019-square-foot closed KFC fast-food restaurant built in 1976. Through DPC-FL LLC, Parker’s Kitchen paid $1.75 million for the property Nov. 21, 2025. It bought it from a trust.
The 8771 Baymeadows Road site, at 1.51 acres, was a Tux car wash built in 2022 at the site of a former ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store. Through the same LLC, Parker’s Kitchen paid $4 million for the location June 9. It bought it from JHB-1 Property Management LLLP, which shares an address with ABC Fine Wine & Spirits headquarters at 8989 S. Orange Ave. in Orlando.
ABC Liquors Inc. built the car wash in 2022 at the site of one of its closed spirits stores.

The combined site has been identified for a 5,204-square-foot Parker’s Kitchen gas station and convenience store. A draft of a preliminary site plan shows Parker’s Kitchen with 10 fueling pumps and 20 fueling stations.
New purchase in Clay County
In Clay County, Parker’s Kitchen paid $4 million for an almost 2.04-acre parcel at 222 Blanding Blvd. The deed was recorded June 11 with the Clay County Clerk of Court.
Through DPC-FL LLC, Parker’s Kitchen bought the property from ABC Properties Ltd. of Orlando. The car wash was built in 2022. ABC Liquors Inc. bought the property in 1991 and conveyed it to ABC Properties Ltd. In 1995.
The site is west along Blanding Blvd., south of Kingsley Ave.
