Goldstein Commercial Properties Inc. announced June 22 that TCS Appliances has leased 12,000 square feet of space in the Beach Boulevard Shopping Center.
The Jacksonville-based commercial real estate company said the store recently opened at 7542 Beach Blvd., near the southwest corner of Beach Boulevard and Parental Home Road.
It said TCS Appliances is one of the anchor tenants joining the 50,000-square-foot RD International Food Market and the 25,000-square-foot Citi Trends.
Barry Goldstein, president of Goldstein Commercial Properties, said the 160,000-square-foot center, built in 1971, is 94% occupied, with about 10,400 square feet available for lease.
Goldstein Commercial Properties leases and manages the Beach Boulevard Shopping Center. The firm focuses on retail shopping center leasing and management and the sale of income and investment properties.
The news release says TCS Appliances sells at up to 70% off retail prices and markets to homeowners, landlords, contractors and property managers.
The release said the store carries new, open-box and scratch-and-dent appliances.
The release said TCS Appliances sells refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, freezers and air conditioners from manufacturers that include Bosch, Frigidaire, GE, KitchenAid, LG, Maytag, Samsung and Whirlpool.
The release said new inventory arrives weekly to the showroom. TCS Appliances offers local delivery options.
