NAI Hallmark announced June 24 it appointed Allison Davies as chief financial officer.
Davies, the former CFO for Ahead CRE, will oversee financial operations and strategic financial planning for NAI Hallmark, the brokerage said in a news release.
She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience across capital markets, property accounting, financial operations and operational transformation, the release said.
“Allison’s experience spans all facets of commercial real estate finance, from public company accounting and capital markets to underwriting,” NAI Hallmark CEO Christian Harden said.
“Her depth of experience across every stage of a real estate organization’s growth, from foundational accounting to capital markets execution, makes her an outstanding addition to our executive leadership team. Allison’s expertise will be instrumental as we continue to create value for our clients, associates, and partners.”
Before Ahead CRE, Davies spent 15 years with Regency Centers in leadership roles covering property accounting, financial reporting, joint ventures and merger integration.
Davies is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, is a certified public accountant and has served on several industry committees.
NAI Hallmark identifies itself as the largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville.
