With five coffee stands open in Northeast Florida, Seven Brew, whose logo is 7 Brew, is preparing to build two more in Jacksonville.
The developer is listed as 7Venture Inc. of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for 540-square-foot drive-thru coffee kiosks.
The city is reviewing permits for estimated $1 million projects on about half-acre sites at 3746 University Blvd. W. in the Lakewood area of South Jacksonville and another at 11647 San Jose Blvd. in the Mandarin area.

The Lakewood site is a previous car wash next to McDonald’s in front of LA Fitness, which is in The Gates of University Blvd in the Lakewood area.
Duval County property records identify the land owner as Van Ness Street LLC.
The Colliers International Florida real estate firm has been representing the property as a ground lease. The team comprises Senior Vice President Jason Ryals, Senior Associate Gina Kline and Associate Vice President Mike Phillips.

The Mandarin site is vacant land at northeast San Jose Boulevard and Loretto Road in Mandarin, south of Interstate 295.
Duval County property records identify the land owner as First Coast Energy LLP.

The five operating kiosks, which 7 Brew refers to as stands, comprise three in Jacksonville at 7788 Normandy Blvd. in West Jacksonville; 6730 103rd St. in West Jacksonville; and 3264 Gerona Drive E. in the Beach Haven area; and one each in Fernandina Beach in Nassau County and in Middleburg in Clay County.
Several more are in development or planning in Northeast Florida.
The chain, headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serves coffee drinks, energy drinks, teas, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.
Founded in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, 7 Brew says it is a drive-thru coffee franchise. The 7Brew.com site says the brand has more than 700 stands in 38 states.
Its parent company, Brew Culture LLC, is a privately held limited liability company in Fayetteville. Franchising began in 2021.
New York City-based Blackstone Growth announced in February 2024 that it and affiliated funds made a growth equity investment in 7 Brew Coffee “to help enable 7 Brew to accelerate its already-rapid expansion across the U.S., in collaboration with its premier franchise partners.” Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
