Television personality and Bed Bath & Beyond top executive Marcus Lemonis and his spouse are selling their Ponte Vedra Beach home.
The oceanfront residence at 1039 Ponte Vedra Blvd. is listed at $23.5 million.

Clare Berry of Berry & Co. Real Estate, the listing agent, said May 28 it is under contract.
Lemonis was the star of CNBC’s “The Profit,” a reality show in which he worked to save failing small businesses. The show aired from 2013 to 2021 and included a 2014 episode about the Jacksonville candy shop Sweet Pete’s.
In 2025, Lemonis returned to TV in a similar show, “The Fixer,” on Fox.
In January 2026, he was appointed CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., adding to his role as executive chairman. He also co-founded Camping World and served as that company’s CEO.

The Ponte Vedra home
Lemonis’ 8,563-square-foot, two-story house features five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half-bathroom and an open floor plan.
Built in 1996 on 2.07 acres atop a 29-foot-tall dune, it has a breakfast bar, breakfast nook, butler pantry, eat-in kitchen, a guest suite, his and hers closets, kitchen island, pantry, six fireplaces and a wet bar.
The first-floor primary bedroom has walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower.
Balconies open to the ocean. Windows in the living room and kitchen provide ocean views.
The property has a six-car garage equipped with electric charging stations. There is a lap pool, a gazebo, an outdoor kitchen and a gas fire pit. It has ocean access and a seawall.
The driveway has a security gate, and there is a whole-house generator.

Making the sale
This is the third time Berry has sold the property.
She first sold it to Robert and Linda Frechette in 1998. Robert Frechette was an executive with AT&T Universal Card.
Berry later sold the property to the Huangs and later represented them when they wanted to downsize.
She said the Lemonises called her earlier this year after renovations were completed on the home.
Berry said she was overwhelmed when she saw the remodeling. Roberta Lemonis, Marcus' spouse, made many of the choices herself, Berry said.
“I just had to spend time in it by myself and get my head around it, and get the vibe and absorb what I had to show to the market,” Berry said.
“There are like 70 different wallpapers, and if somebody said that to me, I’d be horrified. But it’s not like that, it’s just fascinating.”
Finding a potential buyer in such a short time was a matter of circumstances falling into place. Due to confidentiality agreements, Berry couldn’t name the contracted buyers, only to say the couple is semiretired from the mid-Atlantic. They are business people, not celebrities or athletes.
As they were searching for a home in Northeast Florida, the Lemonis house came on the market.
Berry said she was confident when determining the list price. Rather than running it through an app, she determined the price by comparing the amenities, the age of equipment and the sale history over the last year as well as many other pricing factors.
“I have to do a lot of fact-finding and a lot of thoughtful consideration before I come up with a price that I recommend,” she said.
Both parties have agreed to a price and terms, that she cannot disclose. They are in the inspection stage. Berry hopes to close by the end of July.
The house no longer fits Lemonises’ lifestyle, Berry said.
“They don’t need this much house now because their family members don’t come here as frequently as they used to. They also are traveling more,” she said.
Ownership since 2018
According to property deeds, Lemonis bought the property Oct. 19, 2018, for $6.05 million from Lawrence P. and Nancy J. Huang. He made the purchase through Lemon Property 6 LLC of Lincolnshire, Illinois.
On Feb. 4, 2026, Lemonis sold the property through Lemon Property 6 LLC to Roberta J. Lemonis as trustee of the Radiant Lite Trust.
On May 15, they listed the house for sale.
In 2024, former T-Mobile CEO John Legere purchased a home at 349 Ponte Vedra Blvd. for $22 million, which is currently the highest price paid for a home sold in St. Johns County.
