Built in 1999, the structure sits on 1.56 acres at northeast Gate Parkway North and Deer Lake Drive West, east of Southside Boulevard and north of Butler Boulevard.
Seven Bridges closed in June 2025 after 25 years in operation in the part of Deerwood Park North known as Tinseltown.

The build-out calls for tenant improvement of an existing tenant space to include exterior signage, interior partitions, restrooms, millwork, plumbing, mechanical and electric work and new finishes throughout.
Plans show treatment and esthetician rooms, a quiet room, a salt room, men’s and women’s lounges, robe storage and a party/flex room on the first floor.
The partial second floor, which is open to the first floor, comprises storage.
