St. Augustine shopping plaza sells for $14.4 million

Parkway Commons, a St. Augustine commercial property, sold for $14.4 million May 12.

The shopping plaza is at 630 East Twincourt Trail off International Golf Parkway, about 1 mile east of World Commerce Center anchors Bass Pro Shops, Buc-ee’s and Costco.

Commercial real estate firm Gateway Capital Development Inc. sold the property through South Plaza Leasing LLC. The buyer was Rettmark Realty LLC, which according to a deed filed with the St. Johns County Clerk of the Court and Comptroller office is a New York-based company with a local address shared by investment company Iron Horse Credit.

Built in 2022, the plaza is 22,000 square feet across two buildings. Tenants at Parkway Commons include Coldwell Banker, Coast One Title, Island Life Bikes, Parlor Donuts and restaurants Anejo Cocina and Fancy Sushi.

According to Gateway Capital Development’s website, the property is fully leased.
