St. Johns County issued a permit for a 1,807-square-foot Dunkin’ at 6955 Longleaf Pine Parkway in Saint Johns at a cost of $425,000.
It appears to be a Dunkin’ GO.
St. Johns County received an application for Longleaf Donuts LLC to build a Dunkin’ with two drive-thru lanes and patio seating, but no indoor seating, on 1.06 acres along Longleaf Pine Parkway and Greenbriar Road at Rivertown.
St. Johns County issued a permit for the $275,000 build-out for Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in 1,547 square feet at 124 Capulet Drive, Suite 105, in St. Augustine.
It is at southeast Florida 16 and Pacetti Road.
