Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie building-out at Boulevard Crossing

The shopping center is at northwest Beach and University boulevards.

The city issued a permit Sept. 26 for Vericon Construction Co. LLC of Orlando to build-out the interior for Chipotle Mexican Grill in a 2,425-square-foot building at 5801 Beach Blvd. in Boulevard Crossing at a cost of $567,404.

The 62-seat location will comprise 42 interior and 20 patio seats at northwest Beach and University boulevards.

Also on the site, the city is reviewing civil engineering plans for a 37-seat Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 5821 Beach Blvd.

Florida DYNE LLC is the developer. Taylor & White Inc. is the civil engineer.
