JEA is reviewing a service availability request for a six-story, 105-room Hampton Inn & Suites on 3 acres at northeast Village Lake Drive and Town Plaza Drive in the master-planned community in Northern St. Johns and Southern Duval counties.
Connelly & Wicker Inc. is the civil engineer.
Plans indicate the hotel will have a pool.
TC Development LLC, affiliated with the Davis family, is shown as the hotel developer on the master site plan filed with the JEA request.
The Davis family, founders of the Winn-Dixie grocery chain, owns the property and is working with The PARC Group, which is the Nocatee master developer.
Nocatee is along Nocatee Parkway between U.S. 1 and the Intracoastal Waterway in Northern St. Johns County. Its address is Ponte Vedra.
