TSG developing St. Augustine retail center named IGP Place

TSG Realty is developing IGP Place, a 9,000-square-foot retail center at 520 W. Twincourt Trail in St. Augustine. 

The site is the corner of the first traffic light east of Interstate 95 on International Golf Parkway at Center Place Way. 

“This section of St Johns County has experienced massive residential and commercial growth. Buc-ee’s and Costco are at this interchange and Home Depot will be breaking ground soon. Bannon Lakes Apartments and 7-11 are under construction across the street,” said Jacksonville-based TSG Realty Property Manager Pamela Howard.

Howard said IGP Place should be completed in the third quarter. Tenant space ranges from 1,480 to 4,400 square feet.

Rich Farmer of Building Dynamics is the general contractor.

 Craig Sommers of Doherty Sommers Architects Engineers Inc. is the architect. 

The project lender group is Dan Jackson and Mitch Hunt of South State Bank. 

Colliers Associate Vice President Eric Yi will handle leasing.
