The city issued permits in recent weeks for Heartland Dental in eTown and in Bartram Park.
On May 19, the city issued a permit for Jacobs Group of Kentucky Inc. to build-out 4,123 square feet of space for Heartland Dental at 13927 Old St. Augustine Road in Bartram Park at a cost of $627,480.
Heartland Dental is converting a former SunTrust Bank building there.
On June 2, the city issued a permit for Ladson Construction Co. of Jacksonville to build-out a 4,260-square-foot shell building at 11025 eTown Parkway, No. 300, at a cost of $950,000.
In June 2022, the city approved a permit for The Angelo Group Inc. to build the shell building and dumpster enclosure at $1 million.
