St. Johns County issued a permit Feb. 8 for 7-Eleven to build in St. Johns County.
Southwest Structural Inc. of Fort Myers is the contractor for the 4,872-square-foot project at 2220 International Golf Parkway in St. Augustine at a cost of almost $357,000.
The site is at northwest International Golf Parkway and Bannon Lakes Boulevard in the Bannon Lakes Planned Unit Development.
Site design includes the building, 16 fueling positions and a car wash on 1.97 acres.
