The five-story Butler Pointe office building at 4500 Salisbury Road sold July 9 for $14.7 million.
Daniel Burkhardt, Keith Goldfaden and Alex Caliel of NAI Hallmark handled the sale.
David E. Gonzales Corp. of Jacksonville sold the property through Acorn Butler Pointe LLC.
Gabriel Elkaim of Fort Lauderdale purchased the property through Butler Pointe Jax LLC, for which he is the registered agent.
The David E. Gonzales Corp. owns the Jax Sports Car Museum and the Deerwood Castle event space at 7601 Centurion Parkway.
Butler Pointe is near Interstate 95 and Butler Boulevard.
Built in 1986, the building is on 8.06 acres and is 169,328 square feet, according to property records.
Offices are leased by St. Johns Investment Management, Jacksonville Neuro and Clinical Psychology Group, City Cafe of Jacksonville, among others.
It last sold in December 2015 for $12 million.
