Commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield announced May 11 that it brokered the sale of Bolton Plaza, a fully leased Orange Park shopping center, at an undisclosed price.
According to a news release, the buyer is a private investor.
The 174,037-square-foot retail center is at 661 Blanding Blvd., about 3 miles south of Orange Park Mall. Tenants include Academy Sports & Outdoors, Aldi, LA Fitness and Marshalls.
The transaction has not been made public on the Clay County Clerk of the Court and Comptroller website.
According to the Clay County property appraiser website, the plaza last sold in 2019 for $18 million to KPR Centers through Bolton MZL LLC.
“Bolton Plaza represents the type of institutional-quality retail asset investors continue to prioritize, one with dominant positioning in an established suburban trade area, a best-in-class anchor lineup that includes a grocery component, and durable cash flow supported by a strong concentration of national tenants," said Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Mark Gilbert in the release.
Gilbert, along with Adam Feinstein and Mitchell Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Advisory Group, represented KPR Centers.
