Hanania Automotive Group is expanding into the South Carolina market with the launch of North Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the Myrtle Beach area.
Scheduled to open this year, the new dealership is planned at 3212 Highway 9 E. in Little River. The site is northwest of North Myrtle Beach, about 5 miles from the South Carolina-North Carolina border.
The expansion of the Hanania network will introduce the only dealership in the Myrtle Beach vicinity to offer the full Stellantis suite comprising Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram at a single location. The company said the new facility will create jobs in sales, service and administration.
Jack Hanania Sr., founder and CEO of the Hanania Automotive Group, said in an April 6 news release that the company planned to “plant roots in Little River and the Myrtle Beach area and become an active member of the South Carolina business community.”
“Our goal has always been to treat every customer like a member of our own family,” Hanania said in the release. “We look forward to bringing that signature ‘Hanania Family Experience’ to the people of South Carolina and providing a one-stop shop for all their Stellantis automotive needs.”
The North Shore dealership brings Hanania Automotive Group’s portfolio to 19 locations with operations in Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and now South Carolina.
Hanania, who was born and raised in Jacksonville, went from selling cars in his early 20s to owning a dealership network employing more than 1,000 people and bringing in more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
The Daily Record recognized Hanania as a Top Entrepreneur Legend in 2025.
